We do not offer cash refunds for eligible change-of-mind returns. Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original condition. Once approved, returns are issued as store credit, subject to our full Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Approved store credit is valid for 30 days from the date you receive it. Availability is limited and the same item may not be in stock for an exchange.

Please email shopjiadstyle@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with the next steps. This timeframe does not limit rights required by law.
