PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES

Because some of our products are made to order or shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery times may vary.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 7–15 business days
• Puerto Rico: 10–20 business day

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.

DELAYS

Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. JIAD is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

JIAD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
